Milne Publishing is proud to present Artist Talk Magazine issue number 18 and is dedicated to People and Places.

Everyone featured within this issue have given interesting, in-depth, honest accounts about themselves, their work, views and ideas. In addition to the amazing images of the work they have produced, which I know you the reader will enjoy and be inspired by. Thank you to everyone who entered our open call. 

The cover of this issue is by Grant Milne, titled Portrait 3, from the New York City travel series. During December 2019 I visited New York City, which ignited a passion to create a series of work from my visit. I am also hopeful to create a book, late 2022 showcasing the work produced. 

Technology has changed many lives and cities. New York is no different. Seeing someone wearing Apple AirPods near Apple Fifth Avenue showcasing the modern technology.

Apple Fifth Avenue store is an entirely reimagined space below one of New York City’s most recollected landmarks. With its characteristic, luminous glass cube rising above a newly designed public plaza, Apple Fifth Avenue is at the heart of one of the world’s most vibrant creative communities. The store is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Apple Computers, Inc. was founded on April 1, 1976 by Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak in Cupertino, California. As a Graphic Designer, I have always used Apple products to create a range of work from design work and art.
