1 - Salon Exhibition / London

Thursday 15th - Monday 19th October 2026

Fee - Starting from - £150 GBP

Deadline to submit Artwork - Sunday 23rd August 2026

Exhibit your artwork at our London Exhibition. You can either hang your original piece or let us take care of everything. We’ll print your digital file on high-quality fine art paper and frame it in A1 frames for a stunning display. This exhibition allows global artists to showcase their work without concerns about delivery costs or damages.

We can't feature every submission. If your entry isn't chosen, you'll get a full refund. Spots are first-come, first-served, so apply today. You can submit your application now and provide the final artwork later to confirm your participation.

Included in the original price £150. Example above. You can hang and frame one original artwork for display. Please note the artwork can be no bigger than W:594mm by H:841mm. Your artwork may be presented in either portrait or landscape format. Please be aware that if you choose to display in landscape format, the width must not exceed 594 millimeters.

You can either hang your original piece or we can print and frame the artwork to eliminate any additional shipping costs. We also offer upgrades that are entirely optional for you to consider. These include the opportunity to have your work featured in our book or to showcase your art in the London Underground.

You have two options:

Option 1:

Fee £150 GBP

You can hang and frame x1 original artwork for display.

Please note the artwork can be no bigger than W:594mm by H:841mm. Your artwork may be presented in either portrait or landscape format. Please be aware that if you choose to display in landscape format, the width must not exceed 594 millimeters.(Want a bigger space, you have the option to upgrade.)
You are responsible for delivering your art to the gallery on Wednesday 14th October 2026, by 3 PM and collected on Monday, October 19th 2026. Please be aware that we accept no responsibility for any damages or losses. We can only take responsibility for option 2
You must attach two D-rings on the back of each frame or canvas. The the positioning. Place the D-Rings 7cm from the top edge for a straighter hang.
For smaller works. Use a cord wire between the D-rings for extra support
Artwork must not exceed a weight of 3.5 kilos.

Can you show sculpture? The answer is yes. Please note these are the same terms as option 2. We accept no responsibility for any damages or losses. We have Plinths: Total: 10.

Option 2:

Fee £150 + £205 GBP
From a x1 digital file your artwork will be printed on high-quality fine art paper and framed in uniform A1 frames for a stunning display. This exhibition offers a platform for artists globally to showcase their work without worries about delivery costs or damages .

Your artwork can be showcased in either portrait or landscape orientation. Please be aware that if you choose to display in landscape format, the width must not exceed 594 millimeters. (Want a bigger space, you have the option to upgrade.)

2 - Upgrades - Optional not compulsory

Upgrade 1:
Exhibition book. We will also produce a digital catalogue, showcasing artworks featured in the exhibition. This will give more details about each piece created and exhibited.

Upgrade 2:

Choose your location in the Gallery. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to pick your exact spot in the gallery and confirm its availability, you can also do this.

Upgrade 3:

Promotional image showcasing your work can be a powerful tool in marketing and branding. This image can act as a focal point in your marketing materials, whether shared on social media, featured on your website, or included in presentations, ultimately helping to elevate your professional presence in a competitive market.

Upgrade 4:

Showcase your art on the London Underground

Digital exhibition / Liverpool Street -

Sunday 11th October 2026 (10:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Deadline to submit Artwork - Sunday 23rd August 2026

Anticipate your artwork being showcased for about 10 seconds every 10 minutes. It will be featured 36 times at each station, amounting to a total of 108 presentations over the three-day event. Your work will be placed in a single digital frame on the escalator, with the display limited to one side. Every minute, Arist Talk will be highlighted exclusively on the escalator for 10 seconds, with the remaining 50 seconds dedicated to showcasing other advertisements. The Artist Talk consists of a total of 10 slides. Consequently, your work will be featured on one of these slides and will be showcased in a loop every 10 minutes for a duration of 10 seconds.

Landscape format

You can display a landscape image, but please note that the display is in portrait format. Your image will be scaled down and a background color will be added. Please see an example below. Any questions do get in contact with us.
