We have an exciting opportunity to feature your work in a fantastic art gallery in Tribeca, New York, alongside a digital exhibition in Times Square. This event is open to artists at all stages. Whether your creative process takes place at the kitchen table or on international platforms, we are eager to see your art. To ensure accessibility, we welcome applicants from any country. You can showcase your original artwork or submit a digital file; we will take care of printing, framing, and delivering it to the gallery, making it incredibly accessible.

1. Submit Your Artwork Today

We welcome submissions in all media formats. With an open theme, all works are eligible for consideration! Making it easier for you to showcase your unique talent. No matter where you are in the world or what language you speak, we invite you to apply and share your work with us! 2. Dates to Remember and Location

The exhibition runs from Thursday 20th May - Sunday 23rd May 2027. We also have a digital exhibition in Times Square on Saturday 22nd May) Submit your artwork by March 14, 2027. You can secure your spot now and submit your final piece later.

The Space is located on the ground level, encased by a front glass window that expands outward by 14.5 feet. This utterly unique and versatile space for exhibitions provides the perfect backdrop in the heart of Tribeca, New York.

You have two options to consider when presenting your artwork.

Option 1 - Showcase your original artwork or

Option 2 - You email us a digital file, and we will print, frame, and deliver it to the gallery.

• You are responsible for delivering your art to the gallery from Monday, 10th May to Tuesday, 18th May and collecting it on Sunday, May 23rd, or before this date. Please be aware that we accept no responsibility for any damages or losses. We can only take responsibility for option 2.

From a digital file your artwork will be printed on high-quality fine art paper and framed and delivered to the gallery.

Your artwork can be showcased in either portrait or landscape orientation. Please be aware that if you choose to display in landscape format, the width must not exceed the width above.

Upgrades - Optional not compulsory

Upgrade 1: Times Square

Your art on Times Square - Saturday 22nd May 2027.
Expect your artwork to play 4 times per hour for 15 seconds from midnight to 11pm of the display date. Each slide will include 25 artists. For example, if your ad is assigned to the 2nd, 11th, 31st and 52nd minute of every hour, you can expect to see your ad at 00:02 am, 00:11 am, 00:31 am, and 00:52 am, then this will repeat every hour.

Upgrade 2: Design of a double-page spread for the digital catalog

Your artwork will be showcased in a digital catalog, with a printed version available for an extra fee. This book will feature a photograph of your piece along with detailed information about it. Additionally, we will incorporate a QR code that connects directly to your email address.

Upgrade 3: Promotional image

Promotional image for social media to help showcase your artwork at the event.

Upgrade 4: Photography of your art in the gallery space

We will take a high-quality photograph of your artwork in the gallery space, ensuring that the unique features and details are beautifully highlighted.

Fee: £55 GBP

Selling Your Art

Please be aware that your artwork is not obligated to be listed for sale. However, if you would like to inform us that your submitted work is available for purchase along with the price, you are more than welcome to do so. Please be advised that if a collector makes a purchase during the event, it is their responsibility to collect the item. Payments can be made directly through our website store, and we will subsequently transfer the funds to your confirmed bank account. Payments made on our website do have a process fee. Artwork that is a4 or a3 we take 20% commission. Artwork that is larger we take 10% commission. After the event, it is your responsibility to fulfill orders and collect payments.

Email Confirmation and Application Form

Once you have purchased the submission fee. You will receive an order number via email. After that, please fill out the form on our website. Your artist name, Email, Contact Number, Title of your work you would like to submit. We will also need no more than 500 words talking about the piece you have submitted We also have a discover more section. Please can you confirm your web URL + Social media.  Then click submit

Application Confirmation

Once you have submitted your artwork via our form. We will then email you back. Normally before 7 working days. This will include your submitted artwork placed within our templates. If your work has not been selected you will receive a full refund

We are excited to host an exclusive viewing for you, along with friends, family, and collectors, where you can enjoy the artwork while sipping on prosecco. If you are unable to attend the event, please don’t worry we will ensure that we capture plenty of pictures to share with you.
