You have two options to consider when presenting your artwork.

Option 1 -  Showcase your original artwork or

Option 2 -  You email us a digital file, and we will print, frame, and deliver it to the gallery.

Showcase Your Original Artwork

Your artwork can be smaller than the maximum dimensions, but not larger. If your work exceeds A0, please contact us for a custom quote.

Need to exhibit more than one artwork?
You can purchase additional exhibition spaces.

Delivery & Collection

Artists exhibiting original artwork are responsible for delivering and collecting their work. We will hang the artwork for you in the exhibition space.

• Artwork delivery: 10–18 May 2027
• Artwork collection: 23 May 2027, or earlier by arrangement
• Sculpture is welcome.
• Plinths are available — please contact us for details.

Fee - Option 2:

From a digital file your artwork will be printed on high-quality fine art paper and framed and delivered to the gallery.

Don't want to ship your original artwork to New York?

Simply send us a high-resolution digital file and we'll take care of the rest.

We will:

✓ Print your artwork on premium Hahnemühle Photo Rag Pearl 320gsm fine-art paper
✓ Frame your artwork
✓ Deliver the finished artwork to the exhibition
✓ Display it in our Tribeca gallery from 20–23 May 2027

Your artwork can be supplied in portrait or landscape orientation.

Upgrades - Optional not compulsory

Make your exhibition experience even bigger with our optional upgrades.

Upgrade 1: Times Square

Your art on Times Square - Saturday 22nd May 2027.
Expect your artwork to play 4 times per hour for 15 seconds from midnight to 11pm of the display date. Each slide will include 25 artists. For example, if your ad is assigned to the 2nd, 11th, 31st and 52nd minute of every hour, you can expect to see your ad at 00:02 am, 00:11 am, 00:31 am, and 00:52 am, then this will repeat every hour.

Upgrade 2: Design of a double-page spread for the digital catalog

Your artwork will be showcased in a digital catalog, with a printed version available for an extra fee. This book will feature a photograph of your piece along with detailed information about it. Additionally, we will incorporate a QR code that connects directly to your email address.

Fee: £55 GBP

Upgrade 3: Promotional image

Promotional image for social media to help showcase your artwork at the event.

Fee: £20 GBP

Upgrade 4: Photography of your art in the gallery space

We will take a high-quality photograph of your artwork in the gallery space, ensuring that the unique features and details are beautifully highlighted.

Fee: £55 GBP

Promotional deal one - for £399 Includes:

- x1 original artwork for display. Please note the artwork can be no bigger than 594 × 594 mm (23.4 × 23.4 in).

- Times Square Digital Display

Promotional deal two - for £599 Includes:

- x1 From a digital file your artwork will be printed on high-quality fine art paper and framed in uniform A2 frames

Selling Your Art:

Please be aware that your artwork is not obligated to be listed for sale. However, if you would like to inform us that your submitted work is available for purchase along with the price, you are more than welcome to do so. Please be advised that if a collector makes a purchase during the event, it is their responsibility to collect the item. Payments can be made directly through our website store, and we will subsequently transfer the funds to your confirmed bank account. Payments made on our website do have a process fee. Artwork that is a4 or a3 we take 20% commission. Artwork that is larger we take 10% commission. After the event, it is your responsibility to fulfill orders and collect payments.
