このデジタル展示会は2024年6月20日木曜日に開催されます。

Please see below. Expect your artwork to play 8 times per hour from midnight to 11pm of the display date. We ensure 176 plays per day just in case there is a power shortage.

This digital exhibition will take place on Saturday 22nd June 2024.

Please see below. Expect your artwork to play 4 times per hour from midnight to 11pm of the display date. We ensure 88 plays per day just in case there is a power shortage.

This slide will include 50 artists.

For example, if your ad is assigned to the 2nd, 11th, 31st and 52nd minute of every hour, you can expect to see your ad at 00:02 am, 00:11 am, 00:31 am, and 00:52 am, then this will repeat every hour until 11:52 pm (last play).

We will also produce a digital catalogue, showcasing all of the artworks featured in the exhibition. This will give more details about each piece created and exhibited. Your main artwork will get a full page in the digital catalogue example below. The other pieces of art will be shown after all together.

The price is £195 (GBP) for x1 main Artwork displayed + all the above outlined in the "What we are offering" section. You can also submit another one piece to be shown or one main artwork, which is shown twice.

To qualify for this exhibit on New Year’s Eve. You must Apply and make payment before - Friday 20th October 2023. You can only be involved in the additional exhibition if you have applied and paid for our main exhibition June 20th.

If you wanted a landscape (example below) image to be displayed in full that would also be considered as two artworks, which would cost  £390 (GBP) . If you was interested in having 1 full slide of the 5 on display this is also a possible option and would cost £3,900 (GBP).

Selection Criteria

• All-media are accepted as long as you display a still image. For example if you wanted to submit a video, we would only be accept a still from the video footage
• Everyone is welcome to apply. Please note you might be accepted by us. However the advertising agency has the final word and can decline your entry. If this does happen a full refund will be given
• Worldwide submissions welcome
• The advertising company do not allow political or religious content, no nudity or vulgar content, no smoking and no alcohol. Think of Times Square as Disneyland, if it can be displayed there it can be displayed in Times Square.

Please read -  the advertising company can cancel the display at any time. For example the week before the event. The display can be blocked due to maintenance. If this happens we will try and find an alternative, however we are not able to 100% guarantee the event will take place. Obviously we always try our best. However we will offer a full refund if the event is cancelled. Please note we are not responsible if you have booked flights o hotels for this event. In the case of this happening before cancelling. We will try and find an alternative display in Times Square, or arrange a different date. Any questions about this please to ask.

What Next and How to Apply?

A. Your name

B. Your main artwork + two or one extra artworks. If the image you are sending is a large file we recommend sending via www.wetransfer.com. Please note images must be minimum 300 dpi. Please send the highest resolution image you have. Acceptable files to send are JPG, PNG and PDF.

C. Your title of your submitted artwork

D. We will also need no more than 115 words which is roughly 598 characters without spaces, talking about the piece you have submitted. After this feel free to provide more text talking about your work and entry. However please make the entry paragraph highlighted. This is just for the main artwork.
