Selection Criteria

• All-media are accepted

• Submission deadline: Sunday 13th July 2025 (Please note we will be monitoring the amount of entries we receive. We are confident this will not be the case. However if we find we are getting an unreasonable amount of applications. We will consider shortening the application deadline.)

Selected artist

• Everyone who entered will be notified if they have been selected not before Sunday 13th July 2025 and the latest date will be Friday 29th August 2025.
• Selected work will be placed on a single page, double page or our montage page layout.

• 157 artworks will be selected to be featured on a full page

• Artists not selected for a full page or double page, may be included on our montage pages. Maximum size will be W:4cm x H:6cm. We will also include some landscape format pictures within this, which will take 2 spaces.
• Every selected piece that is included within the magazine to confirm that is the full page, double page and montage page. They will also be included in our online gallery, Please note all montage images will be shown first in the gallery. Then followed by the Full page and double page artworks in order. We will show each artwork in full and also include a full description.
